BMU's Good Corporate Governance Principle
The Company applies Corporate Governance or GCG in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. Per-2/MBU/03/2023 dated March 24, 2023, concerning Guidelines for Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Agency.
The Company's Good Corporate Governance Guidelines are:
- Explanation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Law Number 19 of 2003 concerning the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Agency, Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies.
- The basis and reference for managing the Company. It is expected that all Company activities will align with GCG standards. The GCG Guidelines contain principles that apply to all Company activities. The Company will consistently provide this GCG Guidelines to all stakeholders so that they can understand and accept the Company's work standards in accordance with GCG.
- A reference for more detailed Company regulations tailored to the needs of organizational units within the Company. Given the dynamic business environment, the Company will continually review these GCG Guidelines in an effort to achieve the best work standards for the Company.
