

BMU's Good Corporate Governance Purpose
PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha implements Good Corporate Governance (GCG) through the interconnected principles of fairness, transparency, accountability, and responsibility. This is consistently applied to foster mutual understanding among stakeholders regarding their rights, obligations, and governing values, enabling the Company to synergize and focus on achieving maximum performance.

The Company is a state-owned enterprise regulatory body that applies the principles of a limited liability company to implement and support the policies and programs of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, particularly in the construction industry.
The Company's business processes are determined by employees based on decisions of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, and in accordance with applicable laws, government regulations, and ministerial decrees. Within these business processes, employees work professionally and are outlined by the Company's organs, namely the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), the Board of Commissioners, the Committees, the Board of Directors, the Corporate Secretary, and the Internal Audit Unit.
Improving the Company's performance can be focused on improving the implementation of the principles of transparency and accountability. Transparency is a dominant variable in achieving performance and return on investment (ROI), while accountability is a dominant variable in determining ROE.
