The Whistleblowing System is a tool for submitting, managing, and following up on reports of alleged violations committed by both internal and external parties at PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha.
To ensure the implementation of good corporate governance, PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha encourages both internal and external parties to report alleged violations through the Whistleblowing System (WBS). This independent and confidential WBS report submission method includes:

Procedures for Managing and Following Up on Reporting Violations
- Violations committed by internal parties within PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha and external parties within PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha.
- The types of violations reported include corruption, collusion and nepotism, fraud, including embezzlement of assets, information leaks, theft, omissions, conflicts of interest, and violations of laws and internal regulations within PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha.
- The reporter must be from within PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha or an external party within PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha (anonymity is permitted).
- Unit, location, incident, and time of the incident.
- Supporting documents and other evidence (if any).
