
PT BMU Realizes TJSL Commitment through Distribution of Eid al-Adha Sacrificial Animals
Malang – PT Brawijaya Multi Usaha (PT BMU) once again carried out its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program by distributing sacrificial animals on the occasion of Eid al-Adha 1447 H as a form of social concern for the community and surrounding environment.
On this year's Eid al-Adha, PT BMU distributed 11 sacrificial animals, consisting of 1 cow and 10 goats, to several recipients, namely Raden Patah Mosque of Brawijaya University, Az-Zahra Mosque in Donomulyo, Brawijaya University Campus Ring Village RW 01, and Zaul Chaq Foundation in Malang City.
Symbolically, the handover of sacrificial animals was carried out by the Director of Finance and Risk Management of PT BMU, accompanied by the Corporate Secretary of PT BMU, Rizal Nur Alfian, to representatives of community leaders and local environmental officials. This distribution is expected to provide direct benefits to those in need.
President Director of PT BMU, Dr. Edi Purwanto, S.TP., M.M., stated that Eid al-Adha is a moment to strengthen the values of care and togetherness.
"Through this program, we hope to share happiness while providing real benefits to the community," he said.
Meanwhile, Corporate Secretary of PT BMU, Rizal Nur Alfian, added that the company's TJSL program will continue to be directed to have a positive impact and strengthen relations with the surrounding community.
"We want the presence of PT BMU to be felt not only through business activities but also through real and sustainable social contributions," he said.
